Design EngineeringOur engineer team is composed of AutoCAD and is also highly proficient in a number of other equally advanced software tools. Our expertise allows us to determine the optimal tooling approach that is perfectly matched to run size, and the specific needs of the product application.

Our Products
We manufacture parts from a wide range of materials including stainless steel, carbon steel, silicon steel, galvanized steel, aluminum, copper & brass, phosphorus bronze, beryllium copper, and polyester film. Material thicknesses range from 0.04mm to 2.30mm and above.
Production
We utilize the advanced technology to streamline precision metal stamping processes and achieve our goal of zero defects. Our press capacity ranges from 30 to 300 tons. We also provide secondary operations including deburring, tapping, cleaning, and spray painting. We also have approved vendors for the heat treating and plating process.

Precision Metal StampingOur precision metal stamping machines are complemented with our line of high-tech monitoring, inspecting that we have integrated into our quality control systems. We adopted High Speed Vision Inspection System to ensures that electrical terminals meet demanding automotive specifications.

Quality Inspection FacilitiesOur quality engineers build quality in from the start. We then follow parts through every manufacturing process, including subcontract to assure that every aspect of the part is correct to the most demanding specifications. We utilize multiple Coordinate Measuring Machines to verify part dimensions with CAD data. VMM is also used to assist in statistical quality control. -
